- Participation in advising a payment system operator on the matters of conducting its activities in Belarus;
- Participation in the preparation of advice on certain issues of the existing pricing regime;
- Participation in drafting of set-off agreements, and debt transfer agreements within the settlement scheme between Belarusian residents and non-residents;
- Participation in advising a non-profit organization on permissible activities taking into account the risk of being deemed entrepreneurial;
- Participation in drafting the legal analysis of the existing regulation of medicines and medical devices registration and distribution in the territory of Belarus;
- Participation in the preparation of advice on the risks of the existence of a permanent representative office of a foreign legal entity in the territory of Belarus;
- Participation in the analysis of client's documents in compliance with the current legislation on personal data protection and preparation of recommendations for their improvement;
- Participation in the preparation of advice on the procedure for advertising, and analysis of the content of marketing materials, regarding their compliance with the current legislation requirements.
