- Drafting legal documentation on the financial liability of employees (an agreement on full financial liability, a form of an order approving the list of positions and jobs filled or performed by employees, etc.), taking into account the specifics of the company for one of the world's leading manufacturers of pumping equipment for industrial, municipal and domestic water supply, heating and sanitation;
- Risk analysis, drafting a legal opinion with recommendations on mass dismissal of employees aimed at optimizing the company's activities for one of the leading manufacturers of paint and varnish products in Belarus;
- Drafting regulations on the occupational health and safety management system, comprehensive adjustment of the form of an employment contract, internal policies on working hours and rest time, overtime, work on holidays, annual and social leaves, wages payments and the procedure of their calculation during the period of temporary disability and during the leave to the requirements of the Belarusian legislation for a large transportation company;
- Due diligence of supply contracts, purchase and sale contracts, fright contracts, assignment contract, mixed contracts, drafting standard forms of purchase and sale contracts, surety agreements required for business activities;
- Advising on the issues of the dismissal of embassy employees and drafting necessary documentation;
- Drafting an algorithm and a package of necessary documents for the dismissal of an employee for absences from work without valid reasons for a construction company;
- Drafting documents required for the employment of foreign citizens, support in the obtaining special permits;
- Advising on the issues of employment relations with top management during corporate disputes;
- Drafting a legal opinion on the use of a company car (instrument control of driver, pre-trip technical inspection of the car, filling out a waybill) by a representative office of a foreign organization (Russian Federation).;
- Drafting a legal opinion for the Russian company about possible risks of employing Belarusian citizens for a remote work;
- Advising on the issues of suspension of employees from work due to failure to pass medical examinations and drafting documents needed for the suspension procedure for a public catering company;
- Advising industry companies on the issues of deductions from employees' wages, including deduction due to holding employees financially liable;
- Drafting necessary documents and supporting of enforcement proceedings for debt collection in favor of large Russian companies;
- Involved in the termination of activity of representative office of the foreign company (advising on employment relations and drafting necessary documents, support of passing the audit of the Social Security Fund, Ministry of Taxes and Duties Inspectorate, submission of files to the archive).
