Entrepreneurs to have easier access to public aid granted for investment implementation
On September 5, 2018, the implementing provisions of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers dated 28 August 2018 regarding state aid granted to some entrepreneurs for investment implementation, were adopted. The regulation defines, inter alia, qualitative and quantitative criteria of investment projects evaluation, terms of granting and method of calculating the public aid value.
