Vyacheslav Khorovskiy, Managing Partner of the Moscow office of GRATA International, moderated and spoke at a session on bankruptcy and recovery of Russian companies' foreign assets of the Russian Arbitration Association conference on Debt Recovery in Cross-Border Disputes.
The discussion focused on the key factors determining the recovery strategy in foreign jurisdictions, the recovery of assets of Russian bankrupts from post-Soviet Union states, debt recovery in Kazakhstan and parallel processes to support Russian bankruptcies and evidence disclosure in the UK. Vyacheslav spoke on recovery of assets from post-Soviet Union states.
