On 19 May 2017, GRATA International arrange a workshop for KazMunaiGas titled: 'Corporate Law and Corporate Governance in Joint Stock Companies'.

Main topics covered: 

• Allocation of competence among the bodies and officials of a joint stock company;
• Liability of officials of a joint stock company;
• Issues of corporate governance (including corporate blackmail, conflict of interests and corporate conflicts);
• Recommendation to optimise activities of the board of directors.
