On 29 October 2020, an international online conference was held on: Recognition and Enforcement of Judgements and Arbitral Awards in 10 jurisdictions of GRATA International on ZOOM platform.
The conference was in 3 panel sessions moderated by: Vyacheslav Khorovsky, Managing Partner, GRATA Russia (Moscow) and Dmitry Viltovsky, Managing Partner, GRATA Belarus.
The speakers made presentations and shared practical cases for each jurisdiction:

- Gulnur Nurkeyeva, GRATA China, spoke on: 'Problematic Issues in Applying the New York Convention and Bilateral Treaties with China on the Provision of Legal Assistance in Civil and Criminal Cases in the Recognition and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards'
- Natalia Zhuk, GRATA Belarus: 'Features of the Enforcement of Foreign Civil Case Judgements in Belarus (Requirements and Documents, Procedure Characteristics, Practical Cases)'
- Nikolay Aleksyuk, GRATA Ukraine: 'Features of the Recognition and Enforcement Foreign Judgements in Ukraine'
- Sofia Roinishvili, Irakli Kordzakhia, GRATA Georgia: 'Features of the Recognition of Arbitral Awards in Georgia in Accordance with the 1958 New York Convention (Practical Cases)'
- Ummi Jalilova, GRATA Azerbaijan: 'Features of the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgement and Arbitral Awards in Azerbaijan (Requirements and Documents, Procedure Characteristics, Practical Cases)'
- Askar Konysbayev, Shyngys Oralbayev, GRATA Kazakhstan (Almaty, Nur-Sultan): 'Recognition and Enforcement of Judgements and Arbitral Awards in the Republic of Kazakhstan'
- Irina Obukhova, GRATA Uzbekistan: 'Recognition and Enforcement of Judgements and Arbitral Awards in the Republic of Uzbekistan'
- Kanat Seidaliyev, GRATA Kyrgyzstan: 'Recognition and Enforcement of Judgements and Arbitral Awards in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan'
- Kamoliddin Mukhamedov, GRATA Tajikistan: 'Recognition and Enforcement of Judgements and Arbitral Awards in the Republic of Tajikistan'.
The event was followed by a Question-Answer section, where the speakers shared their legal views.
The conference was attended by over 120 participants from different countries of the world.
