Import of goods from Lithuania in a new way

Since September 1, when importing goods by road to Belarus from the territory of Lithuania, it is mandatory to use electronic navigation devices (seals). The exception is goods whereof transit through Lithuania from the Kaliningrad region to Belarus. Also, electronic navigation devices (seals) are not necessary for heavy and (or) large-sized vehicles, the passage of which provides for the presence of a special permit.
