Meder Akeneev, a lawyer of GRATA International (Bishkek), has successfully passed the qualification exam and received certificate of the patent attorney of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 44 dated 29 November 2019.
Patent attorneys of the Kyrgyz Republic have a right to represent individuals and legal entities before the authorized state body in the field of intellectual property and other organizations on the issues of legal protection of industrial property. Foreign individuals and legal entities conduct activities related to legal protection of industrial property in the Kyrgyz Republic only through the registered patent attorneys.
