On August 13, 2019, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed the Decree No. UP-5781 “On further measures for the development of the tourism sphere in the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan has attracted technical assistance from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the amount of US$225,000 for the implementation of the International Arbitration Reform for better investment climate in Uzbekistan.

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated August 5, 2019 No. 648 “On procedure of assigning the status of Honorary citizen” was adopted.

The Regulation of organization the implementation and operation of the Automated Information System “Control and Monitoring the Implementation of Investment Projects” was approved in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated July 22, 2019 No. 616 “On organizational measures for the implementation and operation of the information system in the field of monitoring and monitoring the implementation of investment projects”.

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-5780 dated August 13, 2019 “On additional measures to strengthen the protection of private property and guarantees of property rights, radically improve the organization of work to support entrepreneurial initiatives, as well as expand access of business entities to financial resources and production infrastructure”, the Agency for the Development of Small Business and Entrepreneurship under the Ministry of Economy and Industry was established.

On August 1, 2019, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted Resolution No. 643 "On measures to support the development of entrepreneurship and the expansion of industrial production in the Jizzakh region."
