On June 15, 2021, at the meeting of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, the deputies adopted the draft law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a Resolution “On Additional Measures to Implement the Law “On Combating Legalization of Proceeds from Criminal Activity, Financing of Terrorism and Financing the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction”” No.402 dated June 29, 2021 (the “Resolution No.402”).

Pursuant to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On Additional Measures to Further Simplify Customs Administration and Procedures” No.429 dated July 8, 2021 (the “Resolution No.429”) established that starting from August 1, 2021.
