A joint statement on further expanding the partnership was signed between Uzbekistan and Japan

An exchange of bilateral agreements on cooperation in tax and customs spheres has taken place between the governments of Uzbekistan and Japan. Above that implementation of significant energy and infrastructure projects was further discussed between the parties.

Overall, more than ten documents in the field of economics, industry, tourism, science, innovation, ICT, labor migration, education, and sports, as well as interregional cooperation were signed during the visit.
