In the management system and organizational structure of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz", there have been significant changes.

Unnecessary intermediate links in the management system of the company are reduced. This is supposed by joining Uzburneftegaz, Uzneftegazdobycha, Uznefteprodukt, Uzneftegazmash joint-stock companies as relevant divisions while maintaining the same tasks and functions.

Also, in the structural units of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" converts several oil and gas processing organizations. This is done for direct management of production units. A number of other enterprises will join the JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" and its member organizations.
