Turkmen delegation, including government representatives and heads of various companies, visited Austria from October 4 to 6 this year. The visit paid special attention to cooperation in the field of construction.
The delegation was received at the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labour and Economy and Austrian Economic Chambers. At specially organised round tables, both sides exchanged views on opportunities and prospects for expanding cooperation in the construction sector.
On October 6, 2023, at a specialised round table organised by the Austrian Economic Chambers, the Turkmen delegation gave a presentation on the city of Arkadag, the city of the future, to the participants.
Official representatives of the Austrian government, heads and representatives of major Austrian companies took part in the event. The construction plans for the new city captured the interest of Austrian companies. The sides discussed concrete actions to expand bilateral cooperation.
