The state Duma of the Russian Federation has adopted in the third and final reading a bill regulating rental relations during high-alert regime.

The theme of ecology and environmental protection is still one of the most relevant on the world agenda. Despite the fact that the coronavirus pandemic temporarily overshadowed environmental issues, nevertheless, environmental legislation in Russia remains relevant and in demand. Taking into account the large number of requests from our clients, we decided to make quarterly reviews of the main changes in environmental legislation, which may concern representatives of many sectors of the economy.

The end of 2019 is remembered for the active discussion of numerous planned changes that were proposed or planned for 2020. Many people probably remember the sensational news about the electronic employment workbooks. Nevertheless, the first half of the new year fairly "thinned" the shaft of proposals and projects. Some bills are already "in the archive", some will be implemented (if they are) later, but some changes still came into force.

In the third final reading the state Duma adopted amendments to the Federal law "On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)" providing holiday loans to citizens, individual entrepreneurs and small businesses caught in a difficult situation due to the pandemic coronavirus (COVID-19).

Meanwhile, on March 18, 2020, due to the threat of spread of infection, the Presidium of the Supreme court of the Russian Federation issued a decree restricting the consideration of cases and the acceptance of documents by the courts. Restrictions are imposed for the period from 19.03.2020 to 10.04.2020. It is obvious that if the coronavirus infection continuesto spread, the restrictions will be extended.

Since 1 January 2017, a car parking space has been legally recognised as an independent property item, which has special boundaries in the design documentation of a building or structure, and which is subject to both cadastral and state registration.

February and March of the calendar year are the months in which a large number of
people plan their dream vacations. However, the coronavirus infection, that has seized
the world in 2020, and the mainstream panic made the actions and behaviour of people
still planning to travel abroad during this dangerous period highly uncertain.

The rapid spread of the new COVID-19 virus on the planet makes the government develop measures not only to combat the spread of its manifestations in the sanitary and epidemiological area but also prevent its negative impact on the economic and social aspects in the society.

The afore-mentioned global threats as well as the devaluation of the national currency have raised a number of questions for the employers of the Russian Federation that require an immediate response and decisive action.
