- Assisting a host of major global pharmaceutical companies with taylor made advice on the range of local law matters including but not limited to export--import regulation, contractual arrangements between the parties, local registration requirements for importers, labelling compliance, local law regulation of franchising arrangements, confidentiality and personal data regulatory environment etc.;
- Assisting global oil and gas servicing companies, leading Japanese and French transport and logistics companies with registering and liquidation of foreign companies, their representative offices, branches and fully operational legal entities in Turkmenistan, advising on all aspects of employment law, tax matters and regulatory compliance;
- Advising KPMG and PWC on local law tax matters including in the context of regulatory requirements applicable to permanent establishments in Turkmenistan;
- Advising major European FMCG companies on distributorship and licensing matters, advising on IP related matters under Turkmen law;
- Ad-hoc advice to major European FMCG manufacturers on anti-monopoly and competition matters under turkmen law;
- Advising MasterCard on a broad range of financial services sector regulatory matters, foreign exchange requirements and payment regime applicable to payment systems under Turkmen law;
- Advising Boeing on aviation industry laws of Turkmenistan, liaising on behalf of the client with local aviation authorities regarding potential sale and purchase arrangements involving Boeing aircraft, issuing legal opinion on certain matters of Turkmen law;
- Acting for major Japanese banks in relation to loan transactions involving financing of oil and gas sector. Reviewing and commenting on English/Japanese law regulated finance documents, issuing local law legal opinions;
- Advising Chinese Sinosure in relation to a facility agreement involving the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan;
- Advising Bloomberg on certain aspects of local market banking services/operations and foreign exchange regulation under Turkmen law.
