On November 15, 2019, amendments to the Federal law "on joint stock companies" and the Federal law "on limited liability companies" came into force, regulating the new procedure for approving interested party transactions.

The Rules establish the procedure for registration of an agreement on the assignment of a security document for an industrial property object, selective breeding achievement, license agreement on granting the right to use them, an agreement on the pledge of the exclusive right of an industrial property object and a technology transfer agreement.
