- Representing the client – entities in tax disputes. Providing legal consulting services on compliance with local tax law and regulations ;
- Representing China Railway against the insurance company on reimbursement of damages;
- Representing client – Sandoz Pharmaceuticals in employment disputes; providing legal consulting services on compliance with local labor law and regulations;
- Consulting clients on various real property issues;
- Working on law drafts – Tax Code, Customs Code, regulations in the sphere of oil and gas, and other normative acts.
- Participation in the assessment of Georgian relevant legislation for the purpose of its approximation and harmonization to the European Community and WTO requirements;
- Expertise and legal analysis of international agreements, treaties, conventions, and other legal instruments.
