The legal regulation of shared construction of non-residential premises
The article is devoted to the legal regulation of relations in the sphere of shared construction of non-residential premises. It investigates the legal nature of the contract for the creation of an object of shared construction, concluded in relation to the construction of non-residential premises and considers the requirements to the form and the essential conditions of this agreement. Additionally, a definition of the «contract for the creation of a shared construction object» is given in regard to both residential and non-residential premises. In the end of the article, a list of essential conditions for such agreement is proposed.
