- Drafting and reviewing various types of contracts, preparing legal documents;
- Preparing tender documentation as well as proposals for potential clients;
- Negotiating sub-contract orders and monitoring sub-contractors, planning critical dates;
- Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers;
- Monitoring contracts and moving forward with close-out, extension or renewal of contracts;
- Coordinating with the finance department to ensure correct billing and the collection of contractual revenues.
