Abandoned state property will be revived or sold
Unused objects of state property, including educational institutions (except academic lyceums and professional colleges), health and sports, culture and free land plots of state organizations will begin to be involved in economic activity.

The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a law “On the Use of Atomic Energy for Peaceful Purposes”. The law was passed by the Legislative Chamber on 2 July and approved by the Senate on 23 August.

The Regulation of organization the implementation and operation of the Automated Information System “Control and Monitoring the Implementation of Investment Projects” was approved in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated July 22, 2019 No. 616 “On organizational measures for the implementation and operation of the information system in the field of monitoring and monitoring the implementation of investment projects”.

On August 16, 2019, the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed an agreement on the provision of consulting services with the Asian Development Bank on a project to build a number of photovoltaic stations with a total capacity of up to 1000 MW on a public-private partnership (PPP) basis.
