Sultan is an Associate in the Bishkek office of GRATA International. Prior to joining GRATA International, Sultan was a legal coordinator in the regional development project financed by the World Bank on financing and development of telecommunication infrastructure, regional data center and improvement of national legislation. Sultan has experience in advising on various issues regarding corporate, investment and intellectual property law.
