Representative Matters
Worked as an assistant judge at Tbilisi City Court in 1999-2006. In 2006-2016, also worked as a judge first in the Tbilisi City Court, then in Tbilisi Court of Appeals, dealt with administrative disputes. In 2017-2020, Thea worked for the non-governmental organization "Safari" on civil and administrative matters related to the rights of women, children and sexual minorities. Since November 2020, Tea has been our attorney at our law firm. As a lawyer, representative of an administrative dispute in the Tbilisi City Court over the reconstruction of a building with the status of a cultural heritage monument. Representative of family dispute in the Tbilisi City Court. This civil case concerns the division of property between spouses. Currently representative in a number of civil and administrative cases in the common courts of Georgia.
