Manufacturing, import, export, storage, sale, monitoring, distribution and use of medicine for human and veterinary use, including conventional medicine, bio preparations, diagnostics (hereinafter the “Medicine”), medical devices, and biologically active products are regulated by the Law of Mongolia on Medicines and Medical Devices.
