Elena is an acknowledged leader in the field of competition law, ranging from merger control and competition compliance to investigations, advice on abuse of a dominant position and unfair competition. Elena has over 20 years of experience advising on international transactions and projects, including foreign investments in Russian companies and assets. Previously, Elena headed the Russian competition practices of international law firms DLA Piper and Salans (currently Dentons).
Following the recent appointment of Vyacheslav Khorovskiy as the Managing Partner of the Moscow office, Elena will further strengthen our team in Moscow. Elena will lead the Russian competition practice, will be actively involved in business development and is eager to gather the competition expertise of the firm to build new product offering to our international clients.
