GRATA International in Nur-Sultan provided free advice consultation on the AIFC jurisdiction

On February 13, 2020, the GRATA International in Nur Sultan took part in the AIFC Law Pro Bono as a consultant organized by the Astana International Financial Center.

Liya Akzhanova, Partner, regional development Director of GRATA International in Nur-Sultan and Ainur Takeyeva, counsel of GRATA International in Nur-Sultan represented the firm.

During the Pro Bono session, clients received free advice consultation, during which they made recommendations on a number of issues related to the AIFC and its unique legal base. In particular, the issues of registering a company with the AIFC, obtaining licenses, and the types of legal forms in the AIFC were discussed.
