GRATA International in Nur Sultan held a joint webinar with AIFC

On April 21, 2020, a webinar on the topic «Covid-19: Legal Aspects under the Law of Kazakhstan and AIFC» was held.

The speakers were Aruzhan Aimak, GRATA Senior Lawyer in Nur-Sultan and Shyngys Oralbaev, GRATA Senior Lawyer in Nur-Sultan.

The following issues were discussed during the webinar: release from liability for non-fulfillment of obligations in connection with an emergency, termination of fulfillment of obligations, fulfillment of contractual obligations under the AIFC law, regulation of labor relations according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, etc.

Among the participants in the webinar were representatives of various domestic and foreign companies.
