On 30 November 2017 in Bishkek GRATA International organised a practical seminar:  Roadmap to Profitable Small Hydro Power Plant Development, together with international engineering firm  ILF Consulting Engineers.

During the seminar, Nurlan Kyshtobaev, Partner, Head of Banking & Finance Practice in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan  offices described his experience in connection with development of power plants in Kyrgyzstan, and discussed legal and practical aspects of implementation of hydro power projects in Kyrgyzstan, including environmental matters and financing.

Presentation was followed by intensive discussion among the speakers and participants.
