GRATA International Rostov-on-Don took part in the XV International Transport Corridors Forum 2020

On September 15, 2020 the Transport Corridors development Forum in St.Petersburg in the framework of session: “Legal issues of the peculiarities of the development of public-private partnerships in the development of the port industry” was held.

Igor Stepanov, Managing Partner, GRATA International Law Office (international consultants) Rostov-on- Don spoke on the topic: “On the issue of the need for environmental expertise when transshipment of goods in seaports”. Igor Stepanov raised the urgent problems that arise in front of the port terminals, pointed out the ambiguity of judicial practice on these issues and highlighted the main points requiring a prompt solution.
