We are happy to announce that Vyacheslav Khorovskiy is joining GRATA International as the Managing Partner of the Moscow office from November 1, 2019.
Vyacheslav specializes in the areas of banking and finance, including general lending and syndications, trade, property and asset finance, debt capital markets, restructuring and transactions with distressed assets, debt recovery and dispute resolution. Vyacheslav was a partner and head of finance and projects practice in Russia and CIS at DLA Piper. Before that, he was a consultant in the banking department of Allen & Overy and headed Russian banking practice and dispute resolution desk at Lovells.
Vyacheslav holds seminars on banking finance transactions for master degree students at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
EDUCATION
Vyacheslav graduated from University College London (UCL) University of London, 2003 and holds the LLM degree. He had graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), Faculty of International Law at 1995H with honors.
MEMBERSHIP
Vyacheslav is an advocate registered with the Moscow Advocate Chamber.
