On the functioning of the electronic consignment mechanism

This document established, that business entities have the right, in case of having software and hardware, to use electronic consignment notes, as well as transport (shipping) documents and/or other documents in the electronic form, confirming the movement of goods within the mutual trade of the Eurasian Economic Union member states.

Creation, transmission and obtainment of electronic consignment notes, as well as transport documents and other documents, are carried out through the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system.
