The Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation has developed a draft Federal law on amendments to the criminal code of the Russian Federation and the code of сriminal procedure of the Russian Federation in terms of establishing additional guarantees for the implementation of the principle of adversarial parties.

The owner rented out to the organization premises with an area of 1,000 sq. m. on the territory of the shopping center. A lease agreement was concluded between the parties, which provided for two types of rent: constant (for the use of the premises) and variable. The variable part is the payment for utility bills, which must be paid by the tenant no later than the 25th day of the month following the reporting one.

The simplified tax system has been the most popular preferential tax treatment for several million taxpayers for many years.

President Vladimir Putin signed law No. 291-FZ of 31.07.2020, which establishes the obligation of residents to report on the movement of not only cash, but also other financial assets on accounts in foreign banks and other financial market organizations.

On 31 July 2020, on the official web portal of legal information http://www.pravo.gov.ru, the federal law No 265-FZ ‘On Amendments to Part Two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation’ was published and constituted.
By sub-clause 2 of Article 1 of the law 265-FZ, Article 207 of the Tax Code is supplemented with sub-clause 2.2. Despite the fact that the law 265-FZ was put into force on 31 July 2020, the provisions of clause 2.2 of Article 207 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation apply to legal relations that arose from 1 January 2020.

The Republic of Cyprus has agreed to a new double taxation agreement (DTA) with Russia and is ready
to raise the withholding tax increase to 15% for dividends and interest. This was announced on August
10 by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
