Procedure for obtaining land for business and urban planning has been simplified

According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further improve the procedures for providing free land for entrepreneurial and urban development activities", individuals and legal entities can purchase land for permanent use through the online electronic auction of land plots - YERELEKTRON.

Among the main changes:

• To make proposals on the placement of information on the land plot and the planned construction project with specific investment obligations, individuals and legal entities shall register for free at YERELEKTRON;
• Preparation, coordination of materials on the selection of land plots and obtaining opinions are carried out by authorized bodies in electronic form only through YERELEKTRON;
• On the E-IJRO AUKSION trading platform, the right to permanently use land plots is exercised at the electronic online auction SUE “Center for the Organization of Electronic Online Auctions”.
