Currently, Igor Lukin leads GRATA's corporate, M&A and antitrust practices, as well as being a co-head of the Labor Practice. Igor has more than 9 years of experience in legal advisory market. Igor focuses on M&A deals, joint ventures, corporate governance, antitrust law and labor dispute resolution.
Igor is a very diligent and sharp lawyer providing coherent, thorough and spotless work. He has extensive legal knowledge and is committed to the firm. Also, he is an effective team leader who provides clear guidance and professional work to his department.
