On March 27, 2020 an online webinar “Lawyer in the field of construction” was held, where the experts raised important topics regarding the main difficulties in construction:
- putting the facility in operation,
- conservation of the facility and construction in progress,
- transfer of property from residential to non-residential fund,
- joint construction activities through a simple partnership agreement.
