Oksana Shakhlai, GRATA International, Belarus, took part in the seminar "Liability: complex issues of legislation"

Oksana Shakhlai, lawyer, head of the labor law practice at GRATA International, Belarus, took part as an expert in the seminar "Liability: complex issues of legislation" with a report on Conditions and procedure for bringing employees to financial liability.

Since the issues of compensation by the employee for damage caused by illegal behavior are always relevant for the employer, Oksana explained the most difficult aspects of the application of the legislation when bringing the employee to financial liability.

At the seminar, the algorithms of actions to conclude agreements on full individual and collective material liability, possible ways of recovering damage were considered.
