The Ministry of Justice has developed a draft of Presidential Decree "On measures to improve licensing and authorization procedures" (the “Draft Decree”) that aims to simplify about 1000 established bureaucratic processes. The Draft Decree plans to implement comprehensive measures to improve licensing and authorization procedures in two stages.

The Decision #256 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 17, 2020 proclaims an extension of the special quarantine regime in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The new office is located on the territory of the Astana International Financial Center (AIFC). The AIFC is one of the largest financial centers in Central Asia. The AIFC plays a key role as a regional center for business and finance, linking the economies of Central Asia, the Caucasus, the EAEU, Western China, Mongolia, the Middle East and Europe.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On additional measures to improve the system of combating corruption in the Republic of Uzbekistan” No.УП-6013 dated 29 June 2020 (the “Decree No.УП -6013”) there was established an Anticorruption Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (the “Agency”) in order to improve the effectiveness of public policies aimed at preventing and combating corruption in all spheres of society and the State.

Due to the worsening situation of the coronavirus pandemic and the increase in the number of coronavirus cases, the Special Republican Commission on Combating Coronavirus (the "Commission") has decided to strengthen the approved quarantine measures from 10th of July to 1st of August.
