The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to create a payment system to ensure cross-border money transfers” No.771 dated December 24, 2021 (the “Resolution No.771”) determined the creation of the payment system “Unified cross-border money transfers” (the “payment system”)

By the Decree of the President “On amendments and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan” No.УП-36 dated December 20, 2021 (the “Decree No.УП-36”), amendments and additions were made to the Regulations on the procedure for preparing and implementing projects with participation of international financial institutions and foreign government financial organizations (the “Regulation”) approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No.ПП-3857 dated July 16, 2018.

The Cabinet of Ministers adopted the Resolution “On measures to introduce futures trading on commodity exchanges and organize an electronic logistics trading portal for transporting products by vehicle” No.777 dated December 27, 2021 (the “Resolution No.777”).

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On amendments and additions to the Regulation on the procedure for seizure of land plots and providing compensation to owners of real estate, approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No.911 dated November 16, 2019” No.14 dated January 10, 2022, the following changes were made in the Regulations on the procedure for the withdrawal of land plots

The Cabinet of Ministers adopted the Resolution “On additional measures to improve the mechanisms for attracting funds from external gratuitous assistance and the system of working with donors” No.786 dated December 29, 2021 (the “Resolution No.786”).

The Cabinet of Ministers adopted the Resolution “On approval of the Regulation on the procedure for organization of the cotton and textile clusters” No.733 dated December 4, 2021 (the “Resolution No.ПКМ-733”).
