Legal alert: revised labor code of Mongolia
In accordance with the “General Direction on Improving the Legislation of Mongolia until 2020” which is approved by Resolution No 11 of the Parliament of Mongolia, dated 2017, the revised Labor code was first drafted and submitted to the Parliament in March 2018.

Changes to the internal workplace regulations
On August 7, 2021, changes to the standard rules of the internal labor regulations came into force. They have resulted from the previously introduced amendments to the Labor Code.

Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “on Amendments to the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan” was approved by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 7 May 2021.
