Represented POSCO DAEWOO company in recognition and enforcement of an arbitral award issued by Korean Commercial Arbitration Board in favour of Korean against a company (debtor) in Azerbaijan. Represented the client in the Constitutional Court and achieved a decision overriding the Supreme Court judgment on refusal to recognise the arbitral award.
