Amendments were made to the Instruction on Regulation of Prices of Goods (Works, Services) of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs included in the State Register of Business Entities Taking Dominating Positions on Market of the Republic of Belarus.

Economic calculations and other documents substantiating prices of companies taking dominating positions on market of the Republic of Belarus shall be kept in paper and electronic form.

Limits of marginal profitability standards for calculation of the amount of profit were specified. This profit is included in prices to the following goods and services produced or sold on the territory of the Republic of Belarus by legal entities-monopolists:

• solid fuel – 15 % to the cost of production;
• services on accounting and calculation of payment for housing and communal services, for use of living premises and provision of claim-related services – 5 % to the cost of rendering.
