As of 1 October, 2018, the rules for submitting company financial statements have changed. First, the reports must be in electronic form and, secondly, they must be signed by an authorized person.

It is no longer possible to send the scan of the paper version of financial statements to the registry court - this is related to the amendment of the Act on the National Court Register of 26 January 2018.
