A government resolution approved a regulation on the procedure for implementing a public-private partnership in financing the development of projects for the detailed planning of parts of localities.

In accordance with the Regulations, the conclusion of an agreement on the implementation of public-private partnership projects (PPP) is carried out on a competitive basis, a competition commission is created.

Persons, who have expressed a desire to participate in PPP projects, submit applications to regional khokimiyats (administrations).

The received application is considered by the regional khokimiyats (administrations) within five working days, the documents are sent to the main construction departments for the announcement of the competition.

30 calendar days prior to the competition, an ad is placed on the official websites of the regional khokimiyats (administrations), in the newspaper “Uzbekistan Bunyodkori” and other media.

To participate in the competition, the interested person sends the corresponding documentation package in 2 copies to the main construction departments.

The bidder, recognized as the best for the implementation of the PPP project, is considered the winner and an agreement is signed with him.
