Regulations on Performance of Services of Sale, Transfer and Registration of Vehicles
The sale and transfer transactions which are made without notaries will become invalid.

The sale, transfer and all registry processes, which is or will be registered by the notary, will be registered into the Record and Registry System of Vehicles (ARTES) within the Union of Turkish Public Notaries.

On 1 March 2018, the Commission of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation Office for St. Petersburg issued an order in respect to Afanasy Private Brewery LLC to stop violation of Article 14.6.1 of Federal Law No. 135-FZ, dated 26 July 2006 'On Competition Protection', in particular, the illegal use of the designation 'ОХОТА НАШЕГО' being confusingly similar to the trademark 'ОХОТА' the right holder of which is Heineken Russian subsidiary.
New Code on Subsoil and Subsoil Use for mining companies
On 27 December 2017, Kazakhstan adopted a new Code on Subsoil and Subsoil Use for mining companies (the “Code”) to come into force six months after its official publication[1]. The Code will replace the current Law on Subsoil and Subsoil Use dated 24 June 2010 save for a limited number of provisions applicable to those subsoil users that will keep their subsoil use contracts without transitioning to relevant subsoil use licences.
