According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On amending and adding to the Decree of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-5691dated March 18, 2019 “On measures to further simplify the entry into the Republic of Uzbekistan for citizens of the United Arab Emirates” No. UP-5897dated December 28, 2019, it was established that from January 1, 2020, a visa-free regime for a period of 30 days is granted to citizens of foreign countries who have received the status of a resident of the United Arab Emirates.

According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further improve the procedures for providing free land for entrepreneurial and urban development activities", individuals and legal entities can purchase land for permanent use through the online electronic auction of land plots - YERELEKTRON.
