On December 6, 2019, on the eve of the 27th anniversary of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Grand Opening of the regional branch of the international law firm GRATA International took place in Navoi.

Uzbekistan took 69th place in the annual ranking of the World Bank group's “Doing Business 2020” among 190 countries, gaining 69.9 points out of 100 according to the results of 2019.

The President approved the Agreement between the government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the government of the Republic of Korea on mutual promotion and protection of investments, signed on April 19, 2019 in Tashkent.

The current laws On competition and On natural monopolies will be combined into one direct action law On protection of competition.

On November 5, 2019, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed the Law on Banks and Banking Activities in a new edition.

President signed the Law On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a new edition.

The President of Uzbekistan signed the Decree dated 26 September 2019 No.UP–5837 “On measures to further improve the tax policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.
