For the third year in a row, Popa & Associates Law Firm, an associate office of GRATA International in Moldova, is offering a scholarship for one student that is enrolled in a Law Program. The law firm has elaborated a regulation, and the best students who study Law in Moldova are encouraged to apply for the contest.

On 21 May 2019, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Optima Bank signed risk participation agreements in the aggregate amount up to USD 20 million. According to these agreements, EBRD will share the risks of up to 50 percent for some loans issued by Optima Bank. Borrowers under the agreements will also have the opportunity to use various technical cooperation programs to familiarise themselves with the best practices of international and local experts.

On May 17, 2019 the Partner of Bishkek office of GRATA International, Nurlan Kyshtobaev, participated in a
Business Forum “SCO: Expanding Borders of Cooperation” that was held in the State Residence “Ala-Archa”
in Bishkek under the chairmanship of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
