2020 оны 03 сарын 27 өдрийн Засгийн Газрын ээлжит бус хуралдаанаар COVID-19 халдварын улмаас Өндөржүүлсэн бэлэн байдлын зэрэгт шилжсэн энэ үед татвар төлөгчдийг дэмжих зорилгоор дараах арга хэмжээг авах шийдвэрлэжээ.

Монголын Үндэсний Худалдаа Аж Үйлдвэрийн Танхимын (цаашид “Танхим” гэх) даргын 2020 оны 1 сарын 24-ний өдөр баталсан force majeure /Гэнэтийн буюу давагдашгүй хүчин зүйл/ болон hardship /хүнд нөхцөл байдал/-ыг гэрчлэх журмын 1.2.1 –д заасны дагуу:
Force majeure буюу гэнэтийн буюу давагдашгүй хүчин зүйл (Цаашид force majeure гэх) гэдэгт талуудын хараа хяналтаас гадуур болсон, урьдчилан таамаглах боломжгүй, урьдчилан сэргийлж, шинжлэх ухаан, техникийн ололтыг ашиглан даван гарах боломжгүй дараах саад тотгор тохиолдсоны улмаас талууд гэрээний дагуу хүлээсэн үүргээ биелүүлж чадахгүйд хүрэхийг

Мөнгө угаахын эсрэг, терроризмыг санхүүжүүлэхтэй тэмцэх арга хэмжээний тал дээр Санхүүгийн хориг арга хэмжээ авах олон улсын байгууллагаас гаргасан зөвлөмжийг бүрэн гүйцэд даган биелүүлж чадаагүйн улмаас Монгол улс 2019 оны 10 сарын 4-ны өдөр Ирак болон Зимбабве улсын хамт Санхүүгийн хориг арга хэмжээ авах олон улсын байгууллагагын саарал жагсаалтад орсон. Санхүүгийн хориг арга хэмжээ авах олон улсын байгууллага нь 1989 онд олон улсын санхүүгийн тогтолцооны бүрэн бүтэн байдалд халдаж буй мөнгө угаах, санхүүгийн терроризмтэй тэмцэхээр байгуулагдсан засгийн газар хоорондын байгууллага юм.

Parliament of Mongolia had adopted the Law on the Legal Status of Foreign Nationals on 08 July 2010. The Parliament of Mongolia adopted tax reform package including the General Tax Law, Law on Corporate income tax, Law on Value added tax and Law on Personal income tax which shall take effect on 1 January 2020.

The Government of Mongolia submitted a tax reform to the Parliament in 2018 including revisions to the General Taxation Law (GTL), the Corporate Income Tax (CIT) Law, the Value Added Tax (VAT) Law and Personal Income Tax (PIT) Laws. During the irregular session held on 22 March 2019, the Parliament passed the package of the revised tax laws which will be effective from 01 January, 2020.
