Legal alert: revised labor code of Mongolia
In accordance with the “General Direction on Improving the Legislation of Mongolia until 2020” which is approved by Resolution No 11 of the Parliament of Mongolia, dated 2017, the revised Labor code was first drafted and submitted to the Parliament in March 2018.
On July 12, 2021, Milli Majilis of the Republic of Azerbaijan adopted a new Law “On the Use of renewable energy sources in the production of electricity” dated May 31, 2021
Consisting of 3 chapters and 20 articles, this law regulates the legal, economic and organizational bases for the use of renewable energy sources in the electricity generation, as well as support mechanisms to promote the electricity generation from renewable energy sources and other relations in this field.
On July 7, 2021 President of the Republic of Azerbaijan adopted a Decree “On new division of economic regions in the Republic of Azerbaijan” dated July 7, 2021, #1386
The purpose of this Decree is to rearrange economic regions of the country in order to increase the efficiency of economic management after the liberation of the occupied territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
