Restrictions for certain groups of goods for import into the territory of Belarus
On April 12, 2021, the Edict came into force, establishing some restrictions:
- import and realization on the territory of Belarus certain groups of goods (including goods of certain manufacturers), the country of origin of which are the state and (or) the association of states, which have decided the imposition of special measures in respect of Belarusian legal entities and (or) individuals or have acceded to them
Restrictions on the export of cereals
On April 16, 2021, the Government established a prohibition on the export of the following goods outside Belarus, including to the EAEU (regardless of the country of origin): wheat and meslin; rye, barley, oats, corn, buckwheat, millet, triticale, and other cereals (it is necessary to control the code of the CN of FEA).

Uzbekistan will stop the import and export of ozone-depleting products
By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan No.126 dated March 9, 2021 approved a National Programme (hereinafter – the “Programme”) to eliminate the use of ozone-depleting substances (ODS). It prohibits the import and export of ODS, which also contain ozone-depleting elements.
