On amendments to the tax legislation
Tax legislation in Belarus amends every year. Part of the amendments, which will come into force in 2023, were adopted by the Tax Code of Belarus in 2022, the second part is currently being signed by the President and will be adopted in the near future.
On changes in bankruptcy law
On December 13, 2022, a new law on insolvency settlement was signed in Belarus, which will come into force on October 1, 2023. It will regulate the procedure for declaring companies bankrupt or insolvent. Currently, a law of 13.07.2012 "On economic insolvency (bankruptcy)" is in force in Belarus.

New Law "On licensing"
Till January 1, 2023 licensed activity is regulated by the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 01.09.2010 № 450 "About licensing of some types of activity". Since January 1, 2023 licensed activity will be regulated by the Law "On licensing".
Regulation of prices of goods
On October 6, 2022 the Presidential Directive "On the unacceptability of price increase" was adopted. As a follow-up, the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 713 "On the system of price regulation" (hereinafter - the Resolution No. 713) was adopted. These acts established a ban on increasing of prices for most groups of goods.

Citizens of Belarus will be able to work as self-employed in Russia
In accordance with Article 5 of the Federal Law № 422-FZ from 27.11.2018, citizens of the EAEU countries (that is, citizens of Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan) will be able to register as self-employed in Russia.
